This Easter I’ll be cycling from Brussels to Amsterdam! The plan is to take on a 280km route that follows cycle paths all the way through Antwerp, Breda, Dordrecht, Gouda (cheese fans rejoice) and ultimately Amsterdam. Training begins next week alongside the continuous development of Bounceback Food. Let’s do this! X
