After only a few weeks in the world of social enterprise it’s clear that the sector itself contains a broad church of opinions. Answers fuel a subjective spectrum of debate. It’s been fascinating to meet fellow social entrepreneurs on the SSE Start Up programme and learn how people are addressing some of the biggest challenges in society in their respective sectors. Innovation is everything.
Ultimately, ‘success’ of projects/organisations can be demonstrated by social impact and sustainability.
Lots to do – especially when you’re working a full time job to pay rent, bills etc! This is without doubt the biggest challenge to date.
