Earlier this week I came across the work of Daniel Crooks, an Australian artist who edits footage to create distortions in time. This still is from his video Static No. 12 (Seek Stillness in Movement). Pretty inspiring stuff. I love how the slit scanning casts light on the intricacies of a martial art synonymous with tranquility.
A lot of prep has gone into organising London to Paris but thankfully, with just 11 days to go, it’s beginning to feel like things are falling into place. Kind of like the picture above…
